Who Am I
Since 2008, when I made Aliyah from Germany, I was a Sales Manager and Director in the Automotive Industry for Israeli companies. I was well-known at German and Chinese car Manufacturers, frequently speaking at conferences and exhibitions.
I took out a mortgage in 2018. Five years later, being a good “yecke”, I reviewed my yearly mortgage report. I didn’t understand why my principle was nearly unchanged. The mortgage I paid was primarily used to pay off the interest. I wanted to understand more about my mortgage, so I took a course in mortgages and personal finance in an academy.
After finishing the course, I became my first client. I changed my small mortgage so that I could save 250,000 Shekels in interest, shortened the timeframe by eight years and pay now 500 Shekels less per month! It wasn’t just a success – it was a defining moment where I understood that people need help! I decided to set up my own company helping people – especially new and old immigrants or foreign residents who want to buy an apartment. I help you navigate the Israeli bank-jungle.
